Ireland’s top traditional singer Sean Ó Sé will perform in the Rainbow Centre Glenfarne on Tuesday night, October 17 at 8pm when he will participate in a superb Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Eireann Macalla na hÉireann concert at the famous north Leitrim venue.

The Rainbow Centre is the only place in Connacht, which has been give a date on this prestigious Macalla na hÉireann concert tour that takes in thirteen other venues nationwide, commencing on next Sunday night, October 15 in Dublin and concluding on Saturday night, October 28 in Navan. The Macalla na hÉireann concert tour will also visit a number venue worldwide in the near future.

Apart from Sean Ó Sé, several other top class traditional artists will perform at the Glenfarne concert including Clodagh Buckley, Cork (fiddle), Michael Harrison, Tipperary (fiddle), Nadia Markey, Monaghan (harp) , Dean Warner, Armagh (piano accordion), Martin Donohoe, Cavan (accordion), Mairead Corrigan, Kerry (concertina), Siobhan Hogan, Clare (concert flute), Ryan Murphy, Cork (uilleann pipes), Christina Dolphin, Dublin (concert flute), Padraig Swift, Fermanagh (concert flute), Channelle Moynagh, Dublin (banjo), Elle Marie O’Dwyer, Cork (singer) with four dancers Aisling Prendergast, Tipperary, Eamonn Moloney, Tipperary, Teresa Sheehan, Dublin and Cathal McGarrigle, Offaly.

The Macalla na hÉireann concert in Glenfarne will certainly provide a colourful and exciting show of Irish traditional music, song and dance.
