History is being made in Glenfarne this year with the formation for the first time of a girls U-12 football team.

Coached by Tracy Evans and Marie McDermott the team members are as follows:

Liadh Broughton, Sadhbh Clancy, Karen McHugh, Edel McLoughlin, Sinead McCaffrey, Lauren McManus, Ailbhe Clancy, Susan Clancy, Roisin McLoughlin, Naomi McMorrow, Rachel Meehan, Tara Slevin, Eithne McLoughlin.

First Game against St. Josephs in Aughavas.
Score: Glenfarne 8-10, St. Josephs 4-7

Second Game against Fenagh in Fenagh.
